The Lives Of Two Snatched And Others Injured.
The population of Babadjou in the West Region in Cameroon on Sunday May 30, 2021 suffered another attack from Suspected separatist fighters. Reports registered that, late that day, unidentified gunmen appeared the locality of Kombou close to Santa in the crisis North West Region and launched an attack on a drinking spot sending two to their early graves.
There is no gainsaying that the ambazonian forces have become very courageous and daring, despite the defeat they had last year due to mulplication of attacks by military operations in the North West and South West Regions. Certainly, the separatist fighters are revenging the lost they had last year from the hands of the military, that led to the dismantling of many of their camps and neutralisation of their foot soldiers. From every indication, the ambazonian fighters despite the numerous operations that led to the dismantlement of their camps are not ready to give up.
The boys as recorded by reports held some customers hostage, ceased their belongings and fired gunshots in the air while disappearing. It is said that apart from the two that lost their lives, some few others sustained injuries. The gunmen succeeded to escape despite the tight security around Balepo and Babadjou.
