Cameroon : Members Of Parliament Ends Session satisfactorily.

Law Makers Pray For Peace To Return In The Counting.

The curtains of the March 2021 parliamentary session was finally drawn to a close on Friday, March 9, 2021, at the Yaounde Conference Center, with members of parliament leaving the place with their heads high for a work well done, after  thirty days of brainstorming on the nine bills tabled,   promoting  bilingualism and multiculturalism, peace and gender equity.

Honorable Joanna Ebangha epse Agbor Ntui, the president of the network for the promotion of bilingualism and multiculturalism, could not hid her satisfaction.  » I am going satisfied . Looking at the various laws that has been voted and has to be promulgated by the Head of State, it has been a whole success. This has kept the parliamentarians busy ».

The member of parliament from Manyu Division, frowns at the partial peace that the country enjoys today due to the socio-political unrest in the North West and South West Region. She calls on the young ones who are out in the interior to comeback home and contribute in the development of the country.

According to Honorable Joanna Ebangha epse Agbor Ntui, the letter that is unanimously signed by the parliamentarians and sent to the US congress is timely since the Cameroon needs complete peace.

The wish of Honorable Lawson Tabot at the end of the session is to see that all that hass been discussed should be implemented and the article 66 of the anticorruption law be applicable as Cameroon is for everyone.
