Persons Given Ten Days To Appeal.
Four persons, who were trialed for the massacre of kids at the Mother Francisca International Bilingual academy on the 24th of October 2021, have been sentenced to death by firing squad on the 7th of September 2021 at the Buea Military Tribunal.  The four suspect tried for a heart bleeding issues that was condemned worldwide are counted to be the first to be dashed out death sentence in Cameroon after more than two decades, that such a decision was arrived out and executed.
The persons sentenced to death by shooting were judged on terrorism, hostility against the fatherland, secession, insurrection, murder and illegal possession of firearms and animations related crimes. 
Since 1997, non in the country has ever given such judgement as it was buried until the 2016 adopted criminal procedure code resurrected death penalty for crimes related to terrorism.
The four persons who have been sentenced to death by shooting have been given 10 days to appeal without which the judgement stands and the execution will take place. Some other persons who were accused have been given prison terms and fines to be paid to the state.
