Gaston Komba Frowns At Manipulators Seeking For Favour.
Senior officials and head of structures of the National Assembly appointed by the Right Honorable Cavaye Yeguie Djibril recently were installed at the Yaounde Parliamentarians Hotel on the 22nd July 2021 in the presence of law makers, senators, family members and workers of the National Assembly.
The promotion of the new members of the General Secretary of the National Assembly by the speaker Cavaye’’’ Yeguie Djibril is not out of favoritism, tribalism or nepotism but out of the confidence that they have made him have on them due to their hard work, engagement and respect of the hierarchy.
The Secretary General of the National Assembly Gaston Komba, called on those promoted not to betray the bestowed on them by the speaker. “ You have to maintain the confidence through loyalty and faithfulness. Confidence is the fruit of their engagement of their work.
Your willingness to work has yielded fruits”.Gaston Komba, the Secretary General of the National Assembly during the installation of the new members stated “promotion is not a cake that must be distributed and shared among people.” To him, promotion is merited that has palpable results with values. He used the opportunity to call on all the workers of the National Assembly to stay away from all sorts of manipulation as a means to get to higher offices.
To Gaston Komba, the Secretary General of the National Assembly, engagement, presence at work, rigour, objectivity in the treatment of files, respect of hierarchy and loyalty are catalyst to promotion.
